Chalet Bondalera

The Position: The rustic Bondalera is immersed in the lush vegetation of 3 hectares of green fields, surrounded by woodland, with a backdrop of the mountains of the Concei Valley. Ever popular with mountain bikers and trekkers and only 2 km from Lenzumo. This traditional farmhouse consists of 3 apartments, with the first floor retained by the owner.

The Apartment: The apartment is on two levels with an independent entrance, two steps up to the first floor. On this level is the sitting room with cooking area and a bathroom with shower (no windows). Up an internal staircase, to the second level where there is a loft conversion which consists of an open area with 2 single beds and a double bedroom.

Equipped with: Fridge, freezer, gas hob with 4 positions, electric oven, filter coffee machine, Satellite-TV with DVD player, central heating, wood-burning ceramic stove, external wooden table and benches. Communal facilities include: external car parking, barbeque area, washing machine, sunbeds, swimming pool (4x6 metres, depth 90 cm), vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, football pitch and swings.
