The Position: This Guest House is found in the centre of the small enchanting town of Locca, typically Trentino in style, with balconies facing north, looking onto the mountainous Alpine views of the Concei Valley. About 2 km from Lake Ledro

The Apartment: On two levels, with the entrance on the first floor where one finds a sitting room with cooking area, bathroom with shower (no windows), and a small room with a sofa bed and stairs leading to a double bedroom on the second level. The apartment has 3 balconies of 4 m2 , one facing north towards the beautiful mountains of the Concei Valley and another facing the village houses.

Equipped with: Fridge, freezer, gas hob with 4 positions, microwave oven, filter coffee machine, Satellite-TV with DVD player, central heating, wood-burning stove with the fire on view, furnished terrace area, shared 400 m2 garden with barbeque area, wooden table and benches, sun loungers and swimming pool (4x6 metres, depth 90 cm), communal washing machine for use with tokens, internal system for vacuum cleaning and external parking
