The Position: A wonderful two-family villa, consisting of 2 apartments. The owner lives on the first floor. The villa offers a completely enclosed, spacious private garden with swings, as well as the perfect place for outdoor dining, under the shade of a great old fir tree. The villa is surrounded by a field, behind which there’s the shelter of the mountain. Reached by means of a private road offering reassurance to parents, that their children aren’t able to access the lake, without their knowing.

The Apartment: The house is in a very sunny peaceful area, about 400 mt from the lake. The apartment is on the ground floor and consists of three bedrooms, one with double bed and two bedrooms, each with two single beds, bathroom with shower, kitchen, large sitting-room with fireplace and satellite TV, simply furnished, garden with wooden benches and parking. Animals permitted.
